Zepp Kuala Lumpur opened in 2024 as part of the Zepp Hall Network, bringing a world-class live music experience to KL. With ~2,500 capacity, it's the perfect mid-size venue for J-Pop, K-Pop, and indie acts.

Zepp KL is located in BBCC (Bukit Bintang City Centre), right in the heart of KL's entertainment district. The address is Level LG2, Entertainment Hub, BBCC, Jalan Hang Tuah, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

Getting There

By LRT/MRT/Monorail

Zepp KL is one of the best-connected venues in KL:

• Hang Tuah LRT Station (Ampang/Sri Petaling Line) — 5-min walk
• Hang Tuah Monorail Station — 5-min walk
• Merdeka MRT Station (Putrajaya Line) — 8-min walk

All three are connected via covered walkways to BBCC.

By Car / Ride-hailing

Set your destination to "BBCC" or "Zepp Kuala Lumpur" in Grab. Drop-off is at the Entertainment Hub entrance.

Parking

BBCC has a multi-level basement car park accessible from Jalan Hang Tuah. Parking rates are standard mall rates (~RM 3-5 per hour). On event nights, the car park can get busy — arrive 30-45 minutes early.

Venue Layout

Zepp KL is a standing-only venue with a capacity of approximately 2,500. The floor is split into zones:

• Standing Zone A (front): Closest to stage. Best view, most crowded.
• Standing Zone B (rear): Further back but more breathing room. Better sound balance.
• VIP/Upgrade areas: Some shows offer VIP packages with early entry or designated areas.

There's no seating (unless a specific show brings chairs) — wear comfortable shoes!

Pre-Show & Post-Show

BBCC is packed with things to do before and after:

• LaLaport BBCC: Japanese-style mall right upstairs — great for pre-show dinner (try the food court for local options)
• Mitsui Shopping Park: Connected via walkway, premium outlet shopping
• Jalan Alor: 15-min walk or short Grab — KL's famous street food strip for post-show supper

Tips

• Zepp KL has a no re-entry policy — once you're in, you're in. Use the bathroom before entering.
• Coat check / locker facilities are available (limited, first come first served).
• The sound system is excellent — one of the best in Southeast Asia.
• Smoking is not permitted inside; designated areas are outside.
