Doors typically open 1–2 hours before the show starts. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes early to allow time for security checks, finding your seat or spot, and buying merchandise before the lines get long.

Phone cameras and small point-and-shoot cameras are usually fine, but professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless with detachable lenses) are typically not allowed. Official light sticks for K-Pop concerts are usually permitted — check the organizer's announcement for specific policies.

Most major KL venues (Axiata Arena, Zepp KL, Mega Star Arena) have parking available, but it fills up quickly on concert nights. Taking the LRT or Grab is strongly recommended — it saves you the stress of finding a spot and the post-concert traffic jam.
