Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available at Ticketmelon. We recommend buying only from official sellers to avoid scams.
How do I get to The TOFFEE KL?
The TOFFEE KL is accessible by LRT, ride-hailing (Grab), or car. Check our venue guides for detailed directions, parking info, and public transport routes.
What time should I arrive?
Doors typically open 1–2 hours before the show starts. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes early to allow time for security checks, finding your seat or spot, and buying merchandise before the lines get long.
Can I bring a camera or light stick?
Phone cameras and small point-and-shoot cameras are usually fine, but professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless with detachable lenses) are typically not allowed. Official light sticks for K-Pop concerts are usually permitted — check the organizer's announcement for specific policies.
Is there parking at the venue?
Most major KL venues (Axiata Arena, Zepp KL, Mega Star Arena) have parking available, but it fills up quickly on concert nights. Taking the LRT or Grab is strongly recommended — it saves you the stress of finding a spot and the post-concert traffic jam.
Is this page up to date?
Yes — this concert page was last checked on 1 October 2026. We update ticket status, dates, venue info, and event details regularly. If you spot something inaccurate, let us know.
