Plenary Hall, KL Convention Centre — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the seating capacity of Plenary Hall?
The Plenary Hall seats 2,994 people across two tiers — 1,973 seats in the lower tier plus the upper tier — per the official Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre technical specifications. Some sources round this to about 3,000.
Where exactly is Plenary Hall?
Plenary Hall is the premier auditorium inside the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre at Jalan Pinang, in the KLCC precinct — directly adjacent to the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC. It is the centre's flagship hall for concerts, comedy shows, conferences, and award ceremonies.
How do I get to Plenary Hall by public transport?
Take the LRT Kelana Jaya Line to KLCC station (KJ10) — the station connects to the convention centre via an underground walkway. The MRT Putrajaya Line's Ampang Park station (KG18A) is about a 5-minute walk away. Suria KLCC is directly connected to the centre.
Where can I park at Plenary Hall?
The KL Convention Centre has its own multi-storey car park (paid), and Suria KLCC parking is also available nearby. On event nights parking fills quickly, so the LRT-to-underground-walkway route is the most reliable option.
What concerts are coming to Plenary Hall?
Upcoming shows at Plenary Hall include AIZAT AMDAN (SPOTLIGHT KLCC, 22 Aug 2026), THE 90'S RELOADED (5 Sep 2026), UNDERTALE: The Determination Symphony (28 Sep 2026), and Anoushka Shankar (4 Oct 2026). Check the concert listing on this page for dates and ticket links.
