By LRT

Take the Kelana Jaya Line to Bukit Bintang LRT Station. From there, it's a 5-minute walk through the connected walkway to Sungei Wang Plaza. Take the elevator or escalator to Level 4 and you're there.

By MRT

The Bukit Bintang MRT Station (Kajang Line) is also connected via underground walkways to Sungei Wang Plaza. Follow signs toward Pavilion KL then cross the pedestrian bridge.

By Car / Ride-hailing

Set your destination to "Sungei Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang" on Grab or Waze. The drop-off point is at the main entrance on Jalan Bukit Bintang. Parking is available at Sungei Wang Plaza (RM 3–6 per hour) but fills up quickly on event nights.

Mega Star Arena's layout varies by event, but typically offers:

• VIP Seated (Rows 1–10): Closest to the stage. Best view, often includes a photo opportunity or exclusive merch.
• Standard Seated (Rows 11–20): Good view of the stage without the premium price tag. Recommended for casual fans.
• Standing Pen: For high-energy shows. Be prepared to stand for 2–3 hours. Arrive early for a good spot.
• Balcony Seating: Elevated view from the sides. Better sightlines than floor seating at the back.
